Japanese Oak Stool

A chance find of some old and very rare Japanese oak (Quercus Mongolica) led to this slim but sturdy design. 

The foot rails, dovetailed into the uprights, are protected by copper strips held with marine grade bronze screws.  A good example of our striving to achieve harmony of design, in which every element is clear in its purpose.  Available in three heights.
